Hello, since yesterday I can welcome my new sweetheart (Xceed PHEV Plug-In-Hybrid Platinum). Picked up at the dealer in Mannheim I was already a bit stutzig, that in the multimedia system on the top right no symbol for the reception of the eSIM was visible, UVO/Kia Live did not work either. First on the reception/network cover pushed. Then at home (about 80 km west) yesterday evening and this morning same behavior. Reset on the MM system did not bring any change. After call to the Hä ndler should I now make a workshop appointment. Question in the round, since I am not alone with the topic: Can Kia/the dealer really only unlock this with a car on site?
