hello am no longer in trial time for 7 days. the event happened 6 days ago! location: road with 2 lanes, ampel turns yellow, I drive through, I would have driven full brake one behind me thenach followed me the officials and thought I had driven from red I explained my position to them, but they still say I drove from red. they didn’t even stand behind, next to me … unfortunately I don’t have any witnesses. that would cost me 3 points + 90eur but I think. should ic h to the lawyer or should I let it be, what do you think? thank you
