Car sales to Macedonia – risks??

Hello, I advertised my car a few days ago, since the TÜV expired in February and the car only has the red badge (Euro 2). Since the brakes also have to be renewed, I have set the selling price relatively low. Now a dealer from Macedonia has registered. He wants to come by on Monday and possibly take the car directly to Macedonia (no EU country). Does anyone know what I should pay attention to? What risks can there be? However, when paying, I should check the money for authenticity (possibly directly at the bank). Of course, I will remove the registration plates. There is also a problem: I lost the original vehicle letter. I only have a copy of it. I also told the dealer on the phone. If there were any problems, I would re-apply the vehicle letter and submit it. Do you think the copy could be enough in Macedonia? agen costs up to 100 Eur. Since the selling price is low, of course this would not be very economical. Look forward to your answers.
