Hi, since I have been travelling a lot on German motorways because of my job, I notice that the majority of the contemporaries, who have turned on the fog lamp despite sufficient visibility, do not adhere to the then permissible maximum speed of 50 km/h, but partially exceed it by up to 120 km/h. At the same time I notice that these speed crossings are apparently rarely punished. T?
