Hello, I got the message in the instrument cluster, check license plate light. The left license plate light did not light up. I removed this and held the multimeter on the 2 contacts of the light bulb. I did not hear a beep with the pass-checker – but I did not look at the resistance value, only listened to the beeping. Today the message is gone again and the lamp goes again, without doing anything. Immediately after installation the lamp did not work as well. Question: Sol (This only comes up to a certain resistance value, but I don’t know which) Lamp is a C5W, test tips I have kept on the contacts without removing the lamp from the holder – only the holder was plugged off.
