hello, my TK hurt was calculated and now I have no questions. the insurance pays the amount of the credit less the SB or is there still the 16% VAT deducted?? believe from August 2002 the regulation was introduced, but my car has been registered with the insurance since 01/2003, so it applies to me anyway. it was a theft damage where some things were stolen and some in connection destroyed. gruss murat
