Good day, problem with the KIA PICANTO BA 1.1 EZ 12/20016 KM 110,000 brake pedal leaves on one time (no announcement – sporatic), without braking effect half pass or the brake pedal has no pressure/resistance at once, vehicle does not brake off, after 1.2 or 3 times press (pumps) the resistance on the brake pedal is again because the KIA brakes off perfectly then. The problem occurred in May 2016 two times within 14 days: in a curve of an exit traffic light was red and a Last year in July 2015 due to the defect of the main brake cylinder (for this there was also the KIA KTI = KIA TECHNICAL INFORMATION 2008-55 probably several if you googled) the brakes at the front did not pull firmly, consumed much. The discs / documents were exposed to the high thermal load, therefore the HBZ July 2015 was replaced. The brake fluid is t has also been renewed the brake calipers at the front right and at the rear left, the brake discs and support at the front (glassy). The car has no leak in the braking system or brake lines, brake hoses this was tested/tested on Wednesday 25.05.16 and also tested on the brake dynamometer everything perfectly it was even aired again the brake system and new brake flow filled in on 25.05.16 but the problem occurred again on 18.06.16. The Point-S-Werkstatt (no KIA) could not find the error she meant that it could be the HBZ or the brake power amplifier……. I leave in the net but that someone has already replaced three HBZ and after 9 months – until 1 year the same problem occurred so it should not be at the HBZ, but what then? The vehicle is in a good condition it wants to continue driving, but is needed but it is not, too dangerous. The KIA factory saddle we probably too expensive, they would probably know what it is……….
