Good day community, I already had a question about a Bmw’s which I wanted to buy and then left it because of age and contract clauses. Now I bought a car BMW 318I – 2009 BJ – 105.000 Km – 0005/ALD – CH at Bmw cared – The purchase takes place on guess and price was agreed on 7800 euros ( 8.999 Inserted, small scratches on rims and inside space have lowered the price ) The car was bought with the knowledge that he still Rep It had to be arranged because the trunk sensor did not go wait after 10 days and the fix of a cable break in the trunk lock it was then finished ( today ). So get keys, go into the car and make a small spritz tour.. After just 80 km the car started to flaps ( During the test drive it was quiet and the first 80 km also ) I stopped and pressed a little bit on the gas and the noise became louder the stronger I pressed on the gas (the noise came to my opinion ns to from the front, center) So with folding noises to the car dealer (where he only clapped up in 2 aisles ). The car dealer said that it is probably due to gearboxes or camshaft, that I should leave the car there for a few days and drive his Mondeo so long. Now to the question, how do I know best if after the few past days the car is in an optimal condition and was not felt (see other workshop?) I finally got not bought an almost 8,000 Euro car to have more problems with it than with my old one. How long did he have time to fix it and did I look at more than just an exchange car or since I have already paid 14 days car taxes + TK I can tell him that he should meet me something or would it be rude, because he already has the collusion and took the car directly? And on their homepage the car was aged 8 times but was advertised without two I’m happy about every answer MfG gave to me ( didn’t think about it when I picked it up ) should I talk to him normally and how could I prove that this is true too?
