Hello, my parents live in Poland, but I have a German passport and also have my main residence here in Germany. If I get a car and have it insured there in the name of my father, can I still drive by car in Germany and how long? I mean everyone does the same thing here in Germany to save taxes. What happens if I am checked at a checkpoint and you see that I drive my father’s car but in Poland I don’t know what to do. Is there any trouble there? Greetings
