Damage to property Golf VI

Hello, unfortunately in December someone scratched my golf and mucked and dented. Affected are fenders left, headlights left, bumper front left and the bonnet. As I am fully insured and according to an estimate the damage is at 3000€ gross (VW-Werkstatt) I decided to use these. After submitting the documents and a prior acceptance of the estimate, the insurance nevertheless sent an expert. According to expert reports are On the day of the accident, I called the police, who also took the damage. It was even the paint abrasion on the hood. Partial damage 1: fenders, headlights, bumpers Partial damage 2: hood Also, the hourly wage of 95€ net, calculated by the expert, is in my opinion quite low. Positions such as bumpers are also recorded with other sums. t, when the VW-Werkstatt noted it on the cost estimate. The painting is all noted as “repair painting”, which is not possible with my color (pearl effect) according to several workshops. Here it would have to be painted, in order to recognize no color difference. Now I wanted to ask you whether it is worth challenging the report and whether the whole is in a healthy relationship? Counter-assessments are then to be carried by me and considerably more expensive.
