A2 Regelung in DE to be changed … what do you think about it?

I simply copy the text here with source. I had not seen a thread where this has already been discussed here. What do you think about it?The EU driving licence new regulation of 2013 provides that holders of the driving licence A2 motorcycles up to 35 kw (48 hp) can drive – however with the restriction that these motorcycles have open no more than twice this power, i.e. a maximum of 70 kW (96 hp). Germany deliberately did not implement this addition in 2013 and must therefore Germany is currently preparing an EU-compliant re-regulation of the A2 in order to avoid a conviction. On 8 July the Federal Council will decide on this. The Industrial Association Motorrad (IVM) assumes, therefore, that there will also be no preservation of the acquis. That is, if the regulation comes to pass, an A2 owner may, for example, use a 48 HP suzuki Hayabusa also within Deutschla The German improvement is expected to be completed in the summer of 2016. It is still unclear how many A2 owners will be affected by this change and will no longer be allowed to drive their potentially too strong motorcycle. The ADAC warns against driving abroad with such a driving licence motorcycle combination for a long time. Source:http://www.motorradonline.de/…/729930
