I exchanged my car with a dealer about 2 weeks ago we made a purchase contract for one for each purchase and one for sale After two weeks of rest the dealer called me today and told me that the vehicle that I sold to him would have hurt one and I must have known about it and therefore should either exchange the vehicle back or pay 500€ reperture if he doesn’t give that to a lawyer the dealer did not buy the vehicle t checked and asked me if the car had any damage what I answered with “I’m a private person and no mechanic I don’t know if what’s broken” in the contract it says that I don’t give any warranty as a private salesman Now to my question I have to exchange the car back or pay the repair cost ?
