Resetting the Magneti Marelli injection?

Hello together Ride a 98er Flahtci where the air filter housing was removed from the predecessor. I also bought it with open but unsightly dampers. Now after some try I bought the open 450 oversize of Vance & Hines. Optical and sound technical Top!!! After a longer tour on this weekend (about 500 km) however a few problems showed up. I drive the machine practically always at approx. 2000 revolutions. When I now pass these now higher g She started to jerk and spit. She caught herself again over about 3500 turns. Also she shoots relatively often and firmly at valley descents. The colleague behind me tells of black Russian clouds that come out of the right pot. Well, on the way there I found this rather unproblematic, but on the way home suddenly also the red engine control light shined up again and again. Also, I can almost not start the machine again, if we had a break. All this makes me think something. I actually only changed the dampers. Of course they have a larger volume than those on them, but can this be the reason? Did I still order Bafflers, because I find the dampers so much too loud. Can it be that it is going better with them again? Or is there in the end even a possibility to adjust the injection to these dampers and open air filters? Here, unfortunately, you only read that this is always possible. e Magneti Marelli doesn’t have the best reputation. If someone here has a tip for it, this would certainly help me further.
