Neos 2 clocks move around after >15000km. Gas acceptance = chance

Hi, I have a Neos 50cc, 2 clocks, Sat 34, ca. 15800km, BJ 2008 with Powerkit. Powerkit= exhaust throttled, Varioring narrower, but control unit with lock-off, that it does not exceed 45km/h, but has more hp and better accelerated, with TÜV blessing. Has worked so far also top (roller does what it should and runs legally(Tacho 55km/h_ real 45Km/h max.) So far, money flowed so far hardly pure. I have done so far only: 1x spark plug change, 1x weights varied lt, 1x end pot new, 1x belt changed. But now he makes bitches! In the middle of the crossing, after traffic lights start or in the middle of the ride, there is no more gas acceptance, it almost goes out, sometimes it goes out. I have then disassembled the carburettor, cleaned, blown through, re-installed, re-adjusted. When setting up, I oriented myself towards the spark plug fire, first basic adjustment, then carefully continued, gradually turned on the mixing screw. the cylinder (if too thin) put some oil into the petrol. The adjustment went well, after the first kilometers the scooter ran visibly too fat, but without inexplicable probs, however, too fast. With the original control unit the Bock 75-80 km/h with Powerkit control unit still ran Tacho 66km/h before it ran into the limiter. Good the problem with the final speed can be controlled, but what annoys: The box bucks after about 150 driven kilomets I come 15 km away already, but then the scooter starts again with the fact that it refuses to accept gas, jerks, I do not get away from the traffic light without helping with the feet. The E- starter only works when the scooter has run warm; in the morning and always with cold engine, I get the scooter only if I use the kick starter (about four times before the engine starts) Therefore I ask the screwdrivers here with long experience: When comes about which It part (renewal due to wear)? When, for example, is a new coupling due? When does the oil pump give up? Who knows the symptomatics mentioned above? Membrane block ready or membrane change? What surprises me: I have not found a bezin filter anywhere on the scooter. Is this normal? Is the carburettor closed again due to the service life over the winter and flaked fuel?
