Hello Leuts, some will remember, already a year ago I was looking for a few 18 inches for my S60. Now the standard 205ers have gone off and what is closer to do there than the upgrade NOW? Felge: BBS RK 7,5×18″ ET 42 Tires: Bridgestone S-03 Potenza 225/40 R18 The report I have now with me, there are the following conditions: 1.) By limiting the steering stop on the front axle, e.g. by Volvo parts no. 9473207, is a sufficient Fre 2.) If necessary, by rework in the area of the rear wheelhouse cut-out edge or the plastic inner fenders in this area, sufficient free access is to be achieved. In the same report, there is only one condition for the V70: the tyre load is not to be exceeded, which is no problem with the tyres with load 88. now my questions: has the V70 other wheelhouses front + rear, so that there are no runs ? Does any of you have similar tyre sizes? Were there problems with the registration, did something have to be changed on the vehicle? How problematic is a lowering of 18 inches? Is there any problem with this? Wouldn’t want to lower more than 40/30 or 30/30 (feathers only) Can you get around the steering stop limiters with the help of a hot air gun by pressing in the front inner decots? What do I have to keep in mind? Thank you very much ! Ciao, Eric
