Honda CRV, BJ 2008, Diesel. Hi, I’m a lot frustrated and slightly desperate. At the moment I spend my holiday in Denmark and only temporarily on the beach if I don’t just hang around at the Honda dealer and wait for my car. On Monday, after about 35,000km, or 12 months of regular use, the DPF control lamp lit up. It’s striking that it doesn’t flash, but is directly on the move. So I drove almost 80km to the next Honda dealer to Aalborg and got the DPF. After that, I paid special attention to driving longer routes high-touring (>3000U/min) so that the cat gets hot. Today – two days later – the lamp is on again. What’s this crap? What do the Danish Honda owners do differently? Drive those only gasoline or can they regenerate the filter at home 😉 – because every day to the workshop, can’t be the solution. What can be the reason? Is it the diesel here? But where am I supposed to fill up? There are a few shell filling stations that offer a s.h. “speed diesel” or similar next to the conventional diesel. Can this help? I have to drive back home on Saturday 1000km south with Kind&Kegel – and for that I can’t use this emergency mode. Has anyone had similar experiences? Can I wait for this at Honda Kulanz? The next car will probably not have an H ahead. 🙁 Many greetings Ralf PS: Already in some forums to likeli I would like to thank the rapporteur for his excellent report.
