Round flap one more time

Moin dear Volvo driver! Report me after a long time again – yes, my V70 (D5 185PS 2006 380000km) simply refuses to cause trouble, it runs and runs. But now a question has appeared. (Yes, I used the SuFu, but in the mass of the posts not really found what I’m looking for…) The connecting part for the throttle flap keeps coming out, which is not disturbing again – the flap is smooth, the engine is running fine, consumption and leistun g normal, oil leak at the shaft of the throttle valve if only minimal (seems to have been made by the previous owner before). But I suspect that the actuator is down, so I no longer mount the arm at all. Question: How can I check the actuator? And if I should change it, does it have to be calibrated/set/adjusted somehow? Best regards and many thanks already
