Does anyone know?

Hello together… I have a question about SAAB, which I cannot explain despite all knowledge about this brand. Even after more intensive browsing in the net. There was the SAAB Automobile Powertrain AB in Trollhättan (development ) , Södertälje ( engine production ) and Gothenburg ( transmission production ). In addition, there was also the Opel Powertrain GmbH. Both were subordinated to the GM-FIAT Powertrain in Turin. This in turn belonged to the GM Powertrain in Detroit. After a long run l within the GM group has changed a lot. I know, for example, that the Powertrain department of SAAB in Södertälje was sold to SCANIA. Likewise, the SAAB Automobile Powertrain AB in Trollhättan is now called GM Powertrain Sweden AB. But now the real question: 1.Can someone tell me what has become of the transmission production in Gothenburg ? Does the still SAAB Automobile Powertrain AB ? 2.Is there besides the GM Powertrain Sweden AB still a SAAB Powertrain AB ? all that at least in Germany there is still an Opel Powertrain GmbH, which is under the GM Powertrain Europe. So not everything seems to have been renamed and restructured. sounds confusing, but I think our forum members, who are also as interested in corporate relationships as I am, will be able to decipher the confusion and give me an answer… Greetings The Moose
