Hello, I drive an Audi A4 convertible (B6 8H, 2003). In the trunk there is a small amplifier with a small subwoofer as standard. As this is not enough for me, I would like to replace these two parts with higher quality ones. For information: About 1 week ago I had my front system replaced by a carhifi company. In the two front doors there is now an “ETON Pow 160.2” including the two tweeters, which were installed visibly on the dashboard. I’m sure you can connect the Pow system from ETON directly to the car radio. It was done that way and I’m quite satisfied with the sound, although the ETON ́s are still not recorded. My car radio is a “Kenwood KDC-X5000BT”. I’d like to use my already existing subwoofer (ETON Force F10 in specially designed housing) also in the Audi. This is fantastic and therefore I want to use it again. As a final stage a “GLADEN RC 600c1” should be installed… al such a digital mono power amplifier with a power of 360 watts RMS. Now my questions: Since already a subwoofer and small amplifier are installed as standard… can I take the current from there for example? In addition, there is a 12-volt socket in the trunk. And if it were even possible, could it be possible to use a cinch line that might be installed or are the dimensions of current and cinch probably far too thin? If not, what do I have to do to even the cinch line? as well as getting electricity in the trunk? As I said, there is also a 12-V can in the trunk!! Thank you and nice greetings, imebro
