Not quite a year ago I bought a great Volvo V40 CC D3 with almost full equipment. Was one and a half years old and therefore still Euro5. I have to admit that I got to know the discussion about the blue badge for the first time today. That’s why I am all the more shocked because I will not be able to drive to certain urban areas with my vehicle, built at the end of 2013. I assume that this is not just my business. Do I really want to use my vehicle for the next ten years (have decided to use the robust D3 five-cylinder) now again and make a switch to a Euro 6 diesel again (and burn a lot of money again?). Is a small second car (smart petrol or the like) more popular? Retrofitting to Euro 6 does not seem to be possible with the diesel. How does it look like in foreign countries? Is it possible to upgrade to Euro 6? ch as rigorous as with us? If you want to/must sell, then probably still best now, right? Who buys a Euro5 diesel, if the blue badge is introduced then… I also wonder if it makes sense to buy a diesel at all. Who knows how long the Euro 6 diesel can drive in everywhere. I am really a diesel lover, but then surely a gasoline driver? How do you see that?
