1.8T: Which base for 200-250hp?

Hi, plan as next car to buy Golf 4 with 1.8T engine and then bring it to 200 or more 250hp. Which engine is best suited for this or there are no differences? Should be the basis of the 150hp.. because the 180 is already more expensive and rarer in the purchase. On many Ami pages I read that since ’00 or ’01 a few changes were made and therefore the series scatter should have migrated up. Generally I read there often from MKB AW W, AWP or AWD?? But I found only agu with double-wobber? Can I please help me on the jumps I have the feeling that in Germany the tuners want to do everything by chip and possibly exhaust and then already a 04 loader.. there is nothing of because of other nozzles, intake systems or other “small parts” ..
