Who can help me…… I bought a Ford Escort Tunier 16v Bauj. 97 yesterday on 30.07.2008. The private provider had put the vehicle in place at mobile.de that the vehicle would have been double tyres and tuv and asu 08/08 expires. the car would have put a few rusts outside, but you can get them back with craftsmanship. he had the vehicle repaired in 2006 with a Ford dealer worth 1200€….coupling, emsing,tooth belts etc. car should come through the tuv again without any problems. Anyway, I looked at the vehicle in front of me. It was logged out in the garage. I looked at the engine and asked him if the vehicle was technically in order…. he could confirm this.I could not make a test drive and unfortunately not look below. I immediately signed the purchase contract and drove the next morning (unfortunately) to a Ford dealer who took the vehicle more precisely under the He told me that I will not get the car over the tuv, because the runs are rusted through and a carrying part also…..reperatur cost c.a 1500-2000€. by the way, the vehicle has already been made sweat work. I was baff and with the nerves at the end. Did the salesman mislead me????? by the way, he was not the holder and owner of the vehicle, but his mother-in-law.
