My first negotiation to that I then had almost a year later so end 2011. there the one official has put that as I put up above he was alone because the colleague was in the hospital at the time. The judge also only admitted the officials as witnesses and my witnesses did not. Then my Anwallt and I filed an appeal against the sentence and there was then yesterday 16.01.2012 a new negotiation before the regional court where also my witnesses were allowed to testify. But now the officer was also speaking again but for that the reason that it was long ago. My witnesses had themselves but also what failed with the reason that it was long ago now mann but the officials continue to believe and I have to reckon with a prison sentence.
