My friend will be 22 years old on 01.09. and has a driver’s license since his 17th year with which he has to date also accident-free. I have already found some landlords who rent from the 18th or 21st year and at least 3 years of driver’s license possession, however unfortunately usually only 30 minutes and otherwise unfortunately not in our vicinity (Landshut, Regensburg, Munich).
