Servus stands together as above I built the A2 driver’s license with 48 Ps and an accident. At this accident, however, I am only to a third fault. Abstract: The car arranged on the left as if the driver wanted to turn left. When I wanted to pass him to the right he turned without a blinker to the right and drove me down from the moped. In the accident fortunately no police was brought. My problem: My moped has according to Fhrzgschein: 50 Ps instead of 48. (yes really ga) nze 2 Ps too much -.-)How do I proceed now? My father thinks I should say to the insurance that I take the blame 100% that no expert comes to us and almost does not notice. Would it be a possibility to put the moped on a test bench afterwards or are there other possibilities? (The machine is already n a bit older and has 100% no more the full 50 Ps.) Thank you
