This spring I had my automatic transmission flushed with care, but was previously inconspicuous. When rinsing a good condition was also determined by visual inspection (as far as can be seen). Since then I drove about 10km without any abnormality. Last Thursday I had to go to Croatia, also without problems. On the way back I made an intermediate stop in the Salzkammergut. This night it really frozen there, about -5C. Wanted to park backwards from my parking space. The engine turned high, depending on the accelerator pedal. But nothing was put into the drive. So whether there was no power limit at all. Also restart did not bring any remedy. After approx. 5min I came up with the idea to set the selector lever to “N” and the distribution gearbox to “L”. Then again on “D” and he drove without any problems. Then stopped again, on “N” and the distribution gearbox put again on “H”. Then again on “D” and then I drove home, about 700 km. Twice stopped on the way. Nothing noticeable happened. What was that this morning? Does there mean something bigger or was it just a temporary cold shock of an electric switch?
