Hello, today I have saved at a place where signposted to park only with parking ticket. There are no time restrictions, so I normally release a ticket for the whole day. This morning in the dark, however, the machine was out of operation (which I did not document photographically due to the darkness), so I put a note behind the windshield with time and the indication that the machine was out of operation. When I was today I was saving e afternoon came to my head, the *censored* lackeys of this *censored* system had clenched a note behind the windshield wipers that I “infringed traffic regulations”.
