I’ve already written that before. but I can’t even get to the problem because I can’t get the shitty door covering down. it’s going down perfectly but then it’s just hanging on the snapper. I’m still going crazy. maybe one of you know how to get the snapper out without damaging anything. in my last attempt I got a little corner of the frame around the snapper broke out.
