hello we decided to pay ourselves now. had an accident just under a month ago and got a call from the taxi company the day before yesterday from a LEGAL STANDARD. he asked who our insurance is and who would pay for the damage. the costs amount to around 2500euro. the accident was minimal…speed 20km/h or so. our car had not broken anything on the stick and the taxi had a small scratcher and paint damage on the cream color the lawyer said: he would cost 1500euro; he himself 500euro and the expert also around 400-500 euro. why do I have to pay the lawyer also???? normally send a insurance only the expert and then you have to pay and the damage. but a lawyer????? understand now I do not have an answer to it?! thanks to you rather gruss mikki
