Moin moin together, currently the leasing end is incl. expert opinion of my wife’s private vehicle. Unfortunately, shortly before the leasing end someone has driven into the car sideways (driver escape), which is why the door has to be renewed. Bumpers front and rear also have to be new, they are completely scratched (does not ask me how my wife managed this with all the assistance systems) … End of the song, quite exactly 6000EUR gross according to the expert opinion of the Audi dealer for the damages. I don’t doubt, they are available. My question is now more about how we do the most skillfully. The dealer said that they often assign damages as “without agreement” to Audi Leasing, which he meant more room for manoeuvre. Unfortunately, we ordered our new vehicle (Audi Etron S for almost 120k) from another dealer due to relocation. My idea would now be that I tell the dealer to pass it on to the leasing company, I call there and try Minderu ng the damage due to good customer service and follow-up car already ordered for 120k. What do you think? Has been our first leasing vehicle.
