Caravan COC faulty

I bought a brand new caravan from Adria. Permissible total mass: 1350kg Equipped with brake, shock absorber, and an AKS 3004 antishlinger clutch. Including 100km/h registration ex factory Now I am looking for the required empty mass of the towing vehicle. According to various sources on the Internet (TÜV Nord and GTÜ as well as all others I have found) there are the following factors: 1. Caravan with brake and shock absorbers but without antishlinger clutch: factor 0.8 2 . Caravan with brake, shock absorbers and antishlinger coupling: factor 1.0 3. Caravan with brake and shock absorbers without antishlinger coupling, but the towing vehicle is equipped with a “driving dynamic stability system” (appendix ESP): factor 1.0 Can we agree that case 2 applies here? Well, then please read carefully. Here is the text from the COC paper, which is also included in the vehicle licence: Gem. 3. Aend. vo. Z. 9. Ausn. vo. Z.STVO, Tempo 100 km/h i. Comb. if Anh. m. Stossdaempfer, tires n. alter als 6 Jahre, Zug-fz. m. ABV u. Empty mass v. Zug-fz min. 1687,5kg or if Zug-Fz zus. m. spez. fahrdyn. Stabi-Syst. f. Anh Betr. u. Empty mass v. Zugfz min. 1350kg Caravan with shock absorber and anti-slinger clutch If anyone doesn’t believe I took a photo of it. Do I see correctly that the COC paper here calls the cases 1 and 3? So without antischlinger coupling. Although directly one line is written below that an antisc hlinger coupling is installed? Incidentally, I have access to another trailer, first registration 2012, equipped with an AKS 2004. There is the following text in the vehicle certificate: Geig. for speed 100 km/h on motorways or roadways acc. 9. Exceptionvo STVO, empty mass Zugfz. min. kg I would have expected this set for case 2. And now? Does the COC paper actually call the required empty masses here with normal coupling? As far as I know, one can not use a COC paper otherwise I can only think of driving to a test organisation and saying, “Oh, there’s an AKS on it now. Can we change the empty mass?”
