Can I still have the car repaired and get the actual repair costs refunded by the insurance up to a maximum of the WBW, i.e. 5,900 EUR (excerpt from the insurance conditions at the end)??? Since the repair costs are only minimally above the WBW I am sure to get the repair costs below the WBW only through cheaper hourly rates in another workshop n.
