FLHRC or FLHX – Decision –

I drive a Moto Guzzi California Touring zZ and would like to get an HD Tourer, MY08 or 09 . This would include ABS, the stiffer frame, larger tank, modified exhaust routing and cruise control. I use the motorcycle for day trips solo, but also often with Sozius (government) and would like to use the part sometimes for longer weekend trips or tours. There should also be the option for luggage take with me. With my Guzzi the suspension paths are quite short, which I actually prefer a road king, allows the windshield to decrease and has the sympathies with the family, on the other hand, the Street Glide with the instruments and the audio system offers nice toys, but the Batwing from the front view is not necessarily the hit. I haven’t looked at the option for a tour pack yet. At the RC, the rear dampers have 20mm more stroke on the piston rod, whether this is on the drive I can’t judge comfort in comparison to the Street Glide. From a price point of view, the difference with a new purchase of both models is € 500,- . One could get the impression that the Street Glide would be ‘more value for money’ . Used FLHR or FLHX seem to be similar in pricing. I would like to hear your view of things about it. – Who has the choice, has the agony – greeting, walef
