Hello dear talker, My Megane ll Cabrio, BJ.2005 needed a new window lifter in the driver’s door last fall. Was not easy to get, except too high price at Renault. At Autodoc I got the set, without engine. In a workshop I had everything installed. Works, but the disc goes too high. Door closes badly and is already a bit warped. Now I learned that the disc has to go down when the cabrio opens the door. Has my car never made , I’ve been looking for it for 4 years. Now the error is being searched. Wrong window lifter? Although… When ordering, not only were key numbers compared, but also vehicle identification number, engine code, EAN, everything. Can /must be set? What can be the reason why the disc doesn’t go down when opening? Does any of you have experience? Thank you for every helpful tip.
