Dear MT team, with what permission does MT decide to make decisions/explanations in the name of a user? I wanted to write to a (locked but unknown) user via PN, and received the message “User XXXXX does not want to receive private messages.” As I know the phone number, I called the user, who then told me that he is (temporarily) blocked, but could not be told that he does not receive messages. Certainly he can and may not receive any at the moment, but I think (also legally) that he does not want to be very concerned! Maybe someone should think about the formulation again?!
