Hello to the forum, wanted to see or hear if there are fellow sufferers of mine here. I drive the A2 between Dortmund Nordost and Herford Ost every day… and have sweat breaks every time I have to go through the construction sites, which have recently increased enormously again. So you ask yourself: what speed limit on the motorways? On the part of the A2 mentioned by me can drive only 60 – 100 anyway… is already worrying if you yourself at night-sleeping time (Do, 25.09.08, 32:00 o’clock) hour Is my assessment wrong or is the safety in the construction sites related to the width of the track, threading, roadway entanglement etc. not a little questionable? If the lanes are only a few centimetres wider than the vehicles, accidents are probably pre-programmed… the smallest Schlenker – already bangts…. as happened often enough in the last days. Ic h think the design of the construction sites bears a considerable responsibility for the accident and the congestion (driving towards the Kamener Kreuz in the afternoon… every day between 8 and 12 km of traffic jam!!)…. I also think the coordination is bad. Between individual construction sites there should be enough “free travel” so that the traffic can relax. However, you don’t notice much about that… hardly out of the one construction site… the next… your opinion w I’d be interested to know….. Greetings of the Caster Paule…. P.S.: If jmd. is on the route every day, I’d be interested in a carpool….
