Hello BMW municipality, I have a problem with my 645 E63 which has been discussed many times. Unfortunately, in every forum this is so that everyone helps but the one who got the help did not report when the problem has been solved to say what it really was. Now to my problem. The engine runs in a state of trouble. There have been many parts exchanged at BMW and also at another expert. Now to the parts that have been replaced. Ignition plugs, KGE, camshaft wheels, E xenter waves, differential pressure sensor, air mass meter and also a software update were carried out. Unfortunately, all without success. I had an error in the fault memory, the differential pressure sensor. After all repairs the error is almost always gone. Sometimes it comes again. BMW and also the other specialist (workshop manager at BMW 19 years) do not know any more. The engine runs always restless. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Speed fluctuations of about 30 revolutions. but you notice when the engine is running at idle of about 500 revolutions that it is not running quite calmly and vibrates (runs very rough).
