Hello guys, I have a problem, 3 months ago I got in the parking garage a pretty heavy paint damage on my new polo (:-((() when parking on a wall – I didn’t report it to the insurance because I wanted to see if I found someone who painted it cheaply and exulted it to me, but I found out that the damage is over 1000 euros…now I turned on my insurance, and didn’t say that it happened three months ago is–does you think I can just say it happened last week??? I was back in the parking garage last week–it can’t prove to me that the damage happened 3 months ago and not last week, right? Or is there the possibility that I was filmed with the video surveillance? Parking garages are being monitored, right? There it could be that if I told the insurance company it happened last week…????? I know it’s cheating to lie But I didn’t know that I should have reported the damage right away…I’m of course afraid that Volkasko won’t pay because I reported it too late…. what do you think I should do? Do I even have a chance that the insurance still pays for it?
