Legal situation with guided tours

Good morning, Kuzes Foreword: I would like to find here expressly no legal advice, but only a few information to a language further information. What about the legal responsibility with guided motorcycle tours? In particular the question of liability in the event of accidents or general misconduct of my side and of others. My naive idea is to offer (half) day tours in my home country. According to the motto: offer times and if people want to ride it is nice, if not then it is ok. Max. 8-10 participants. I would limit myself to the route. So plan route and stops for sights and stopovers and lead. Profit-orientedness is not in the foreground, but should also not be excluded. According to my previous researches one is responsible as organizer, and especially there I want to know of course what I do. Is a “normal” lawyer here the right contact point? Who formulates e.g. the participant condition What else can there be for conditions? Tax law questions are another topic, whereby I consider this to be obvious (registration of trades). Greeting Christoph
