Hello, I bought a used scooter the other day. Got the papers for 45km/h. The previous owner has screwed a Technigas Q-Tre exhaust. The exhaust has also engraved an e-number. The scooter runs so c.a. 48-50km/h on the straight line according to gps app. Can it be that the exhaust is because it runs faster and is allowed to drive at all with a non-original exhaust? What possibilities would I have to throttle the scooter by 5km/h if all of them were originally There are thrushes in it (according to the previous owner nothing was done)?
