Hello, first of all, I’m new to the forum and also mainly here to find other people who might have had the same problem. I was in the washing machine of my trust today to have the car washed for the first time in my care and not to wash by hand. Arrived there, I was told by an employee immediately which facility to drive to. When the washing process started, the brush went up to the light, past it and at the back door. the brush then broke off the light with a loud bang and a slight lifting of the vehicle (2 tons!!) . Although I said that the employee should press the emergency off , he washed it again and then let it dry , which then damaged the roof as well as the rear window more strongly . Maybe I should have asserted myself … At Mercedes then it was said that this was the first time . Since I can not quite imagine this , I hope to meet people here , the n similar has happened and may give me tips for damage control. I am happy about your answers.
