Hello to each other, my Grandland X has been preparing me for a long time and no workshop can tell me the exact reason for this. It started with the temperature display from 90 degrees for a second to the very top and passed again to 90 degrees and then into the “emergency run”. I then parked my car and checked the cooling liquid. On my visit to the workshop the timing belt and the water pump were replaced. About 2 months later w I am back on the highway and the same game again from the front. Now I get different opinions and since these repairs all cost a lot of money I hope that someone can help me from you. One workshop talks about the AGR valve the other from the thermostat and another from the cylinder head seal. All these repairs are very expensive. Currently I can drive short distances (about 6 kilometers) without problems. As soon as the temperature but 90 degrees he that’s my alarm signal where I then know that there is no water in the cooling water tank. As soon as I stop and release pressure carefully, the cooling water rises and I have to record a minimal loss. My Grandland is currently in a workshop and the engine has not been “pressed” any loss. This procedure is now still made with smoke and absolutely sure to go, that the cylinder head seal is complete. I am an absolute lender. Before I get another possibility I hope to receive an answer from you.
