Corolla Verso or Touran

Hello I am considering whether to buy VW Touran 1.6FSI or Toyota Corolla 1.8VVTi. 2.0 FSI Touran does not come into question (too expensive in Denmark where I live, price 5800 EUR). I tried 1.6FSI and it is good. Unfortunately I have not tried the car yet on the autobahn. 1.6FSI a super manual transmission. I also tried Touran 100HK DSG Diesel. I like DSG but is not as “laid baid” comfortable as an old-fashioned automatic transmission. Otherwise I don’t like the diesels. 1 00HK is weak on the autobahn, and “too strong” in the city, e.g. the engine runs under 2000 umdr. in the city and then comes wake vibrations. 130HK I tried in Passat, the ventilation well over 2000 rpm but is loud and strongly vibrating under 2000 rpm. This runs actually only well over 90 km/h. ( I know the new 140HK is perhaps better ) Also Volkswagen does not have any russian filter. So petrol is my opinion better (and cheaper). But how runs 1,6FSI with holiday luggage and 5 people on the highway? And how much better is 2.0 FSI? At Corolla Verso there is a 1.6 gasoline but for only a little extra money (1500 EUR) a 1.8VVTi gasoline. I tried Verso 1.6 actually only to be sure about my decision for Touran. But the Toyota also drove surprisingly well. The 1.6 is a little bit weak over 110 km/h. Is the 1.8 better? I have read that the grim should be. The seats in Touran you have to hear, in so simply flip over to a But there is more space in Touran Verso is a bit smaller only 1-2cm, and has less suitcase space. Verso may have a more modern design, or is Volkswagen’s functional design more practical and long-term durable? Are there many test reports about the two together? Your opinions are asked. What should I choose? Many greetings J. Nielsen
