Accident at turnoff

Hello dear forum, let’s take the following case: Car A turns right at “green” into a two-lane road (2 lanes in every direction of travel). Since car A wants to turn left after 20 meters, the car A adjusts itself to the left lane while turning. At the same time, from the opposite road car B also turns into the two-lane road to LINKS – also into the left lane. Car A drives the car B into the passenger door, at the car A Therefore the front left part (engine hood, fenders, bumper) is damaged. From my point of view, the right position should be clear: car A has an advance and can choose which lane it bends into. Car B, on the other hand, is subject to waiting and must not assume that car A does not line up on the left lane but on the right lane (parallel turning). There are no drawn lines. It is not possible to turn at the “90-degree angle”, which usually takes place in a “bow”. A second later, car B would have driven the car A into the side. In my opinion, this is an advance failure of car B. In addition, the opposing insurance for 4 weeks has not been paid off. f the claimant’s request has responded to how to proceed (report yes or no…). The case is not traffic-proof. If the case continues for weeks / months until the insurance declares the obligation to enter the damage – and the case can therefore not be repaired(?) – is then assigned for deb entire period of use failure? Thank you in advance for your assessment! Best regards, Schutzschi
