Speed index for summer tyres

Hello dear forum, I need expert help. I recently bought a used f31 320d year 2017. In the vehicle registration the tyre specification is as follows: 205/60 R16 92 W. In the purchase there were 205/60 16 96 V summer tyres. May I actually use it, as you are below the registered speed index? So far I have found only the following rule in the net: “If the car manufacturer in the vehicle registration certificate a tyre with a significantly higher speed index requires that when the vehicle is able to do so, a car tyre with a smaller speed index may be driven.* Which tyres are permitted in this case is calculated using the following formula: Minimum requirement on the tyres = maximum speed + 6.5 km/h + 0.01 x maximum speed” According to this regulation and the higher load capacity of the V tyres, I would have to move within the legal framework, right? Unfortunately, I find nothing official about this :/ The 320d with 226 Thank you for your help! Greetings, Sebastian
