Bug window Inside window possible replacement?

Hello, my 92er hobby caravan has been the bug window defect for several years. The previous owner has probably slammed the open window in a wind-boe. The inside half of the window is generously torn. But the bow window is dense and I glued the crack with Acrifix. But this has also loosened in between and looks just bad. The inner disc is formless so to speak, so has no arching or similar, simply a plate, which is on the (formed) outside windows are not available and about the prices I don’t need to say anything except “utopian”. That’s why my question: Would it be possible to separate the pane parts from each other and glue a tinted, UV-stabil Plexiglas plate with it? Is it possible to separate the panes without destroying everything? Are the re-purchase plates of comparable quality?
