Hello, I would like to share my suffering with you… Last week I had an appointment because of the convertible service action. Thursday early in the morning the car was taken away again in the evening. And look, it says in the display “theft protection defective, contact workshop”. I am already in the workshop, but the mechanics are clearly not there at 8 pm. Well, then my convertible remains a nice, sunny day in the workshop The next day I was informed that kei n Saab mechanic is there… When I asked if I would leave the car standing for the weekend I almost freaked out… Of course I picked up the car… On Monday I was then called by the mechanic, he wanted to make an appointment for someone from Saab Austria to look at my cover. Interestingly, he was not notified of my problem… On Thursday it was time to visit the cover, the cable of the rear window heating was replaced (the roof mechanics The problem with theft protection was not solved. A new call, the request that I leave the car still another day. Well, I got a replacement car, it hurts to drive a Meriva at sunny 28 degrees, but OK… Friday afternoon, the master calls again. Error code says, no connection to the siren. The lines were checked, the control unit got 2 different software versions, the problem is t still there. The click of the front axle was not fixed either, wrong parts were delivered. So I will have to drive again to the workshop anyway, then they will continue to look for what is going on with the anti-theft protection. Well, what can you do. I picked up the car, immediately in the underground garage opened the cover and drove home. Car parked, roof closed, but a loud bang didn’t allow anything good to guess… The locking hacks sit a couple of centimeters too far after on the right, the left hacking meets exactly the anchoring instead of 3-4 cm left of it. When the car is locked, you can also see how the roof is pressed to the left. Now I have to call the workshop again I am a quite tolerant and quiet person, as long as the car is driving I am satisfied. But slowly but surely my patience is also over… Disappointed greetings, Toni
