Question of law…

Dear forum community, I have the following “problem” and would be very pleased if I could give jmd. advice regarding behavior and my own legal situation: In August 2011 I purchased a used car from a dealer including a used car warranty. (EZ 5/2008). The vehicle is in great condition in itself, is cared for by me accordingly and had no major defects at this time. In July 2012, as prescribed by the manufacturer, I am in a vehicle factory On the day of the inspection, however, the service consultant called me and told me that there were wrong wheel nuts mounted on the vehicle and that they should not be driven with the rim combination and that they should not let me drive “so from the yard”. What else should I do, I said tamely to the replacement by the corresponding wheel nuts. Cost point good 200,-. Of course I did not see ga nz one to bear the costs myself, finally, when buying the vehicle I assume that there are also the corresponding wheel nuts mounted and called the seller, after he had not registered on (very friendly) emails, and discussed this with him, he was in no way ready to talk in any way, but then told me to let him have a photo of the wheel nuts and the new arrival, what I did. Of course he still did not report and probably hoped there I had also sent an email with photo of the wheel nuts to the manufacturer, which confirmed the statement of the workshop that the wheel nuts had no clearance. How would you behave? Can jmd. assess the legal situation? For any help I would be very grateful, greetings and nice weekend, hogbard
