After more than 8 years with the French “Knackärschen”, in which I had 2.5 Megane II, the unexpected and far too early end now threatens. With my Meggi GT now, after 176,000 km, a transmission damage is announced. And – I had not thought possible so far – I have seen myself somehow tired. A sad farewell. Especially since finally really money has flown in again. Before 20,000 a new turbo. Before 15,000 a new steering gear. Brakes all around ebe A new transmission, clutch etc. would cost for me as a self-screw with dealer-purchase conditions around/over 3000 €. That’s it then…. Meggi will soon be standing at the export dealer or on a farm with lots of colorful wimples. And I’m looking for something else at the moment. Very likely will come from VW…
