Hello, I’ve had a Ka Built 05/2000 since August. I got it very cheap, but the thing rusts e.g. at the entry bar, at the tank think tank, in the trunk near the rear light, down in the entry area at the B pillar. The hammer is, however, that both doors rust from below and a hole is already available. This all because it is perfectly recognizable that from factory, the doors were not properly painted. N bischen filler and good. The surfaces are not completely covered with paint! I was at Ford dealer. There were taken photos (the man on site was really amazed) and sent to Belgium. the tank cover and the door entry bar were approved and the rest rejected. It was called I get a new side part. Finally, only a repair plate was installed, so I will have fun again soon. I then turned directly to Ford Cologne. This whole has taken 5 weeks and I got a ride again. My doors are soon there and that’s because they have felt. I still have to have the experience for it!
